Refund Policy

1. Digital service

capper provides immediate access to digital content (AI predictions). By purchasing and accessing premium content you acknowledge that the service begins immediately.

2. EU/UK right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU/UK normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. When you purchase and access premium content, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose this 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been provided.

3. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time — from your account settings, via the cancellation link in your payment receipt, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

4. How refunds are handled

Refunds are issued by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for your purchase and handles billing on our behalf through its Link checkout service. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. You can request a refund either through Link support (the receipt you were emailed links there directly) or by contacting [email protected] (include your order reference). If we do not respond to a billing support request within 48 hours, Stripe may issue the refund without waiting for our approval.

5. Faulty service

If the paid service is materially unavailable due to our fault, contact us — you may be entitled to a refund or credit under applicable consumer law.
