Refund Policy

1. Digital service

capper provides immediate access to digital content (AI predictions). By purchasing and accessing premium content you acknowledge that the service begins immediately.

2. EU/UK right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU/UK normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. When you purchase and access premium content, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose this 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been provided.

3. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time — from your account settings, via the cancellation link in your payment receipt, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

4. Day passes

Day passes grant time-limited access and are generally non-refundable once access has been used, except where required by law.

5. How refunds are handled

Payments and refunds are administered by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact [email protected] (include your order reference).

6. Faulty service

If the paid service is materially unavailable due to our fault, contact us — you may be entitled to a refund or credit under applicable consumer law.
