1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is DEMY SOLUTIONS LLC, organized in
Illinois, USA. Contact: [email protected].
2. Data we collect
- Account data: your name and email address; if you sign in with Google,
your Google account id and profile avatar.
- Favourites: the fixtures you mark as favourite (with their timestamps).
- Device preferences: settings such as theme are stored locally in your
browser and are not sent to our servers.
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider's server logs may
briefly record technical data such as IP address and browser type, used only to run and
secure the Service. The application itself does not store your IP address.
- Payment data: handled by our payment provider (see §5); we never see or
store your card details.
- Analytics: we currently use no third-party analytics or advertising
trackers.
3. Why we use it (legal bases)
- To provide the Service and your account — performance of a contract.
- To process payments and prevent fraud — contract / legitimate interests.
- To secure, maintain and improve the Service — legitimate interests.
- To send service or, with consent, marketing messages — consent / legitimate interests.
- To comply with legal obligations (e.g. accounting).
4. Cookies
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for authentication (your session) and security.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is
required. If this changes, we will update this policy and add a consent banner.
5. Sharing & processors
We share data with service providers acting on our behalf, including:
- Payments: Paddle.com Market Ltd, our
Merchant of Record, which processes payments and acts as an independent controller for
payment/tax data under its own privacy policy.
- Authentication: Google (if you choose Google sign-in).
- Hosting/infrastructure: our website hosting and infrastructure provider.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
We are a US-based company and some processors may be located outside the EEA/UK. For users in
the EEA/UK, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
7. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and as needed for legal/accounting purposes,
then delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object
to certain processing, and withdraw consent. California residents have additional rights under
the CCPA/CPRA (including the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sale"/"sharing"; we do not
sell personal data). To exercise any of these rights, contact
[email protected]. EEA/UK users may also
complain to their local data protection supervisory authority.
9. Children
The Service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone
under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact
[email protected] and we will delete it.
