1. Who we are

capper.win ("capper", "we", "us") is operated by DEMY SOLUTIONS LLC, a limited liability company organized in Illinois, USA. By accessing or using capper.win (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

capper provides AI-generated sports predictions, statistics and analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a gambling service: we do not accept bets, hold funds for wagering, or pay out winnings. See our Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use the Service. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your location.

4. Accounts

You may sign in using email or a supported third-party provider (e.g. Google). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

5. Paid plans and billing

Some content (premium AI predictions) requires a paid plan — a day pass or a recurring subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions. Your purchase is therefore also subject to the provider's buyer terms, and your statement may show the provider's name. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, scrape, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Service or its predictions, nor to use it for unlawful purposes or in any way that infringes others' rights.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its content and software are owned by DEMY SOLUTIONS LLC or its licensors. Third-party marks (teams, leagues, logos) belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

9. No warranty & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Service, including any gambling decisions or losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable US or EU consumer law.

10. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
